For most driving or motoring offences, we have set charges – so you’ll know exactly what to expect before we take on your case:

DRIVING WITHOUT DUE CARE AND ATTENTION

TOTTING UP OR HARDSHIP HEARINGS
At Bristol Magistrates’ Court£750 + VAT
At Bath or North Somerset Magistrates’ Court£975 + VAT

These fees need to be paid in advance and include obtaining and reviewing the prosecution evidence, a meeting at our offices, advice about your plea and representation at court.

For trials, special circumstances or subsequent hearings, we’ll provide a tailored quote upon consideration off the evidence in the case, the issues and the anticipated length of any hearing.
