R v I

We represented a young man charged with the preparation of terrorist acts involving an alleged attempt to set off an explosive device in a Bristol shopping centre. A massively resourced enquiry meant that there was a huge amount of material to assess and deal with. The only terrorism case to be charged in the region, it led to a 6 week trial at Winchester Crown Court. We were commended for the quality and detail of our work.
