First Hearing

Our fees for representing at a first hearing are as follows:

Excess Alcohol allegations

At Bristol Magistrates court – £500 plus VAT
At Bath or North Somerset Magistrates court – £750 plus VAT

Driving without due care and attention/failing to stop/failing to report/general road traffic allegations

At Bristol Magistrates court – £500 plus VAT
At Bath or North Somerset Magistrates court – £750 plus VAT

Totting/Exceptional Hardship Hearings

At Bristol Magistrates court – £750 plus VAT
At Bath or North Somerset Magistrates court – £975 plus VAT

Included in this fee is – obtaining and considering the prosecution evidence, a consultation at our offices, advice in relation to plea, and representation before the court.

Trial/Special reasons hearings

We will provide a tailored fee upon consideration of the evidence in the case, the issues, and the anticipated length of any hearing.

In relation to all cases we require payment of the fee in advance.
